Shipping and Returns

Here at Opal, we love the uniqueness of pre-owned items. Everything we sell has had previous owners, is vintage or in some cases redesigned to make it even more unique. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. If anything has blemishes, it will be explained in the description - please read them carefully to ensure you know exactly what you're getting. Vintage and pre-owned isn't for everyone, but it sure is our cup of tea!

Because of the nature of the goods sold at Opal, there are no returns or exchanges. When purchasing clothing, please be sure to look at the measurements in the description - as with all clothing, a size 8 on one skirt could be a size 10 on another - so we provide the laid-flat measurements for our vintage clothing. Be sure to check those measurements against something you own that fits to ensure your new (to you!) item will fit you (or your little one) like a glove.

Shipping prices are estimated because of the nature of the items (odd shapes, weights and sizes). At Opal, we want to charge only what it costs to ship and never inflate that price. If your shipping ends up being less that what you pay, we will gladly refund the amount through PayPal. You can add shipping insurance to your cart for a flat rate, which we highly recommend doing, especially on breakable items. We try to ship everything Priority mail and use flat rate boxes as often as possible as it is the fastest and most economical way to go, therefor prices on most non-clothing items will be around ten dollars.
